House Rules

The House Rules apply to all guests staying at the holiday home.

The holiday house is used independently by the guests. By entering the house, all guests accept the House Rules as binding. Please read them carefully!

The house can be occupied from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival (independent check-in or personal key handover is possible), and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Any deviation from these times must be agreed upon in advance.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house or on the property (including the yard and parking area). Guests are not allowed to invite or host unregistered visitors.

Our accommodation is pet-free to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for guests with allergies. Thank you for your understanding.

Please use all equipment and facilities in the house as intended, and comply with fire and safety regulations. In case of any accident or extraordinary event, the owner must be informed immediately. Any damage caused on the property must be compensated by the person responsible or their legal representative.

Before leaving the house, please make sure all windows and doors are closed, and the air conditioning is turned off. For security reasons, please lock the main entrance door at all times. We do not take responsibility for personal belongings left on the premises.

Excessive use of water or electricity may be charged separately after your stay.

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the entire house!
A designated smoking area is available on the terrace.

To maintain peace in the neighborhood and the village, no loud noise is allowed in the garden after 10:00 PM, and at any time, behavior that disturbs the peace or safety of others is strictly forbidden.

Daily trash and food waste must be disposed of in the proper containers (please use selective waste collection).

For stays longer than one week, cleaning and bed linen/towel change can be requested. If not requested, spare linen and towels are provided in the house.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the house; the password can be found on-site.

The TV subscription is available for unlimited use, except for the T-Com paid movie rental service. If such services are used, the owner must be informed for post-stay billing.

TOURIST TAX

In accordance with the law (Section 128 of the Htv. / Local Tax Act), for the year 2025:

  1. The tax base is the number of started guest nights.

  2. The amount of the tax is 500 HUF per person per night, payable in cash (HUF) upon arrival or no later than departure. This amount is not included in the accommodation fee.
